The Effect of Childcare Teacher`s Retirement Attitude on Psychological Well-being

Abstract

|
The objective of this research is to study what effects psychological well-being have on the childcare teacher`s retirement attitude of the subjects. The subjects of this study were 150 persons in the childcare teacher living in the areas of Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongbuk Province. this study sampled the remaining 137 questionnaires and analyzed. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation, Pearson`s correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS 18.0 program. The factors affecting the psychological well-being of the childcare teachers were age, monthly average salary, and overall retirement attitude. In order to improve the psychological well-being of the nursery teachers, differentiation is needed for retirement education according to age and retirement education according to monthly income. In addition, there is almost no research on retirement attitude, retirement, and retirement preparation of daycare teachers.
